MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLAN

If you or any of your family members become injured in an accident at your home and you need to call an ambulance, you will receive a $50 award for your trouble and expenses. Mail in the ambulance bill for claims processing. (This is not a plan of insurance and should not be confused with any insurance coverage.)
